Spotlight

In essence, this album is a blending of the old and the new; tradition and progress; the expected and unexpected, all infused together under one bright Spotlight. It includes the ubiquitous and much-loved solo works I have performed with Black Dyke over the years, as well as showcasing new material – substantial, important and serious works for the baritone horn, now firmly footed without apology in the soloist’s limelight.
