Soaring the Sky€ 60,00Soaring the Sky is a short piece in a typical brass band style with influences from popular music. It captures a feeling of freedom: a feeling of flying in total harmony with your surroundings. To soar literally means flying without propulsion, furthermore it means to ascend to an unknown height.

Het Geluid van Eemsdelta€ 65,00Het geluid van Eemsdelta is geschreven ter gelegenheid van het samengaan van de gemeenten Appingedam, Delfzijl en Loppersum in de nieuwe gemeente Eemsdelta. Deze compositieopdracht werd de muziekverenigingen uit deze nieuwe gemeente aangeboden door stichting Via Ivak en werd speciaal geschreven voor een project en masterclass in samenwerking met het Noord Nederlands Orkest.

Fanfare for an Occasion€ 90,99Fanfare for an Occasion werd geschreven ter gelegenheid van het twintigjarig bestaan van Anglo Music Press, de uitgeverij die zich toelegt op het publiceren van de werken van de Britse componist Philip Sparke. Het is een opgewekte, feestelijke fanfare waarin het hoofdthema begint in de tenorinstrumenten van het orkest, waarna het als canonische imitatie afwisselend in alle secties naar voren komt. Een korte, herhaalde brugpassage mondt uit in een tweede thema in de saxen, dat wordt overgenomen door het volledige orkest en terugvoert naar het hoofdthema en een herhaling van het tweede motief, waarmee de fanfare op stralende wijze wordt afgesloten.

Napoleon on the Alps€ 92,10This dramatic piece is based on the famous oil painting by Jacques-Louis David, ‘Napoleon Crossing the Alps’. There are three parts: Approaching the Great Saint-Bernard Pass depicting snowy mountains and the determined march of the NapoleonicArmy: The Emperor Napoleon a noble and heroic theme, accompanied by stately fanfares with an exotic flavour: and Onwards, to the Empire! describing Napoleon’s relentless drive to expand the French empire across the globe at. This piecewas first performed directly in front of the Napoleon Museum in Arenenberg, Switzerland in Summer 2016.
