Persian March Opus 289€42.50
This work has an exotic flavour, thanks to the use of Middle Eastern twists in the melodic writing. It has a steady speed of 88 minutes to the minute and this, allied with the generally mid-range pitch of all the parts, would enable any level of band (including junior bands) to easily master the technicalities. John Clifford's arrangement is good.

Three-Part Invention€89.55
Written by Keneth Downie for the 25th. Anniversary of the Netherlands Brass Band Championships in 2005 and used again in 2006. The composer writes: I borrowed the title for this music from J.S.Bach. Any similarity with Bach is very loose and superficial however. I am really only using the term to describe a suite, invented by me which happens to be in three movements.

Wiener Philharmoniker...€43.70
The Fanfare für die Wiener Philharmoniker was written in 1924 for the organization's first benefit ball, which raised money for the musician's pension fund. Held on March 4 of that year, the ball took place during the holiday called Fasching in German-speaking countries and known as Carnival or Mardi Gras in other countries.
