Adagio for Fanfare€92.95The Adagio for wind band was written for certain commemorative ceremonies of the Marine Band of the Royal Navy. In consultation with Rob Goorhuis, Marten van der Wal adapted this serene composition for Fanfare: Adagio for Fanfare.
The work exudes a subdued atmosphere. The melodic element invites you to reflect on other times and other places. However, there is also a desire for a better world.

And eternity in an hour.De compositie Wild Flower, waarvan de titel afkomstig is van het bovenstaande gedicht (William Blake), werd geschreven voor Christelijke Brassband Wilhelmina Kollum (o.l.v. Koen van der Molen) ter gelegenheid van hun 125-jarige jubileum.
'A land of pure delight' (Beulah) vormt op verzoek van de opdrachtgever de basis van deze compositie, die gaat over hoop, geluk en schoonheid vinden in kleine dingen. De compositie viert dat Chr. Brassband Wilhelmina Kollum al 125 jaar lang haar musici de gelegenheid biedt om geluk en schoonheid te vinden in muziek.
