Three-Part Invention€89.55
Written by Keneth Downie for the 25th. Anniversary of the Netherlands Brass Band Championships in 2005 and used again in 2006. The composer writes: I borrowed the title for this music from J.S.Bach. Any similarity with Bach is very loose and superficial however. I am really only using the term to describe a suite, invented by me which happens to be in three movements.

Wiener Philharmoniker...€43.70
The Fanfare für die Wiener Philharmoniker was written in 1924 for the organization's first benefit ball, which raised money for the musician's pension fund. Held on March 4 of that year, the ball took place during the holiday called Fasching in German-speaking countries and known as Carnival or Mardi Gras in other countries.

Commisioned by the Dutch Brass Band Championships 2018, for the Champion Division. The composition is inspired by the Roman past of the city of Utrecht and an important episode from its musical history.

Between light and dark is inspired by the early baroque opera L’Orfeo, composed by Claudio Monteverdi in 1609. This opera tells the story of the greek legend Orpheus and his attempt to bring his dead bride Eurydice back to the living world.

The composition "Monolith" was commissioned by NEW MUSIC NOW Files and is inspired by the Groninger Forum: its architecture and how this building takes position in the center of the city of Groningen. The design and characteristics of this building formed, in a translation into musical material, the starting point of the compositional process.
