    Mountain King Swing is a swinging solo based on Edvard Grieg's In the Hall of the Mountain King from the Peer Gynt Suite No. 1. This arrangement is easy to play for the band and playable for an intermediate soloist on E flat bass or bass trombone.     Soaring the Sky is a short piece in a typical brass band style with influences from popular music. It captures a feeling of freedom: a feeling of flying in total harmony with your surroundings. To soar literally means flying without propulsion, furthermore it means to ascend to an unknown height.
