Het Raadhuis van Hilversum komt tot leven in deze muziek, die op een geheel eigen wijze uitbeelding geeft aan Dudok’s ultieme schepping.

Various organ arrangements have been made over the years, including a particularly successful one by George Martin (not the Beatles producer, but the organist of St Paul’s Cathedral from 1888).

Griet Koenes€ 194,50Griet Koenes is een legende uit de geschiedenis van Munnekezijl. Volgens deze legende woonde Griet Koenes in de 16de eeuw op een boerderij in Munnekezijl. Het verhaal wil dat ze een verbond had gesloten met de duivel. Ze werd om die reden ook wel de heks van Munnekezijl genoemd. Het werk dat werd gecomponeerd in opdracht van de muziekvereniging Tida Kira uit Munnekezijl bestaat uit vier episodes.
